Your Pump It wireless tyre inflator is backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Step 1: Contact our support team with your order number and description of the issue
Step 2: Provide photos or videos of the defect if requested
Step 3: We’ll provide a return authorization if repair/replacement is needed
Step 4: Send the unit to our service center (we cover shipping costs)
Step 5: Receive your repaired or replacement unit within 7-10 business days

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You have 30 days to return your Pump It wireless tyre inflator if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.
