Warranty Coverage

Your Pump It wireless tyre inflator is backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in electronic components
Battery performance issues (if battery fails to hold charge)
Pressure gauge accuracy problems
Motor and compressor malfunctions
Display screen defects
Charging port issues

What’s Not Covered

Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
Normal wear and tear
Damage from exposure to water or extreme temperatures
Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel
Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality
Accessories and attachments (hoses, nozzles)

How to Claim Warranty

Step 1: Contact our support team with your order number and description of the issue

Step 2: Provide photos or videos of the defect if requested

Step 3: We’ll provide a return authorization if repair/replacement is needed

Step 4: Send the unit to our service center (we cover shipping costs)

Step 5: Receive your repaired or replacement unit within 7-10 business days

Warranty Terms

Warranty is valid for 12 months from purchase date
Original proof of purchase required
Warranty is non-transferable
Replacement units carry remainder of original warranty period
We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You have 30 days to return your Pump It wireless tyre inflator if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

Unopened packaging: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
Undamaged condition: No signs of use, wear, or damage
All accessories included: Charging cable, manual, and all attachments must be present
Original receipt: Proof of purchase required
Return authorization: Must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number

How to Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 3: Receive your RMA number and return shipping label

Step 4: Pack the item securely in original packaging with RMA number

Step 5: Ship using the provided return label

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping is free when using our provided label
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been opened or used
Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Products returned after the 30-day return period
Items purchased during special promotions (unless defective)

Exchanges
